Scrap Book is a free-form database program that manages text lists of all kinds. The unstructured nature of the program makes it easy to type first and organize later. It can be used as a phone book, URL outliner, file launcher, to-do list, or a multiple page clipboard. It's a tiny download and comes in jolly handy if you don't want some over-blown PIM.
